- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (liquified)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease one large
Combine the , , and in a bowl.
Using a mixer, in a separate bowl: , , banana and until smooth.
By hand, mix in with wet ingredients.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient, mixing until well incorporated.
Pour batter into and bake for 25-30 minutes or until you can insert a into the middle of bread and it comes out clean.
Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to cool.
